Unpacking inspection

A. The unpacking acceptance of equipment shall be attended by relevant personnel. If there are defects, serious corrosion or not in accordance with the design requirements, should be replaced in time.

B. Check the box number, box number and packing condition before opening the box.

C. After unpacking, the name, model, machine number and transmission mode of the equipment should be carefully checked according to the design drawings and packing list of the equipment; Main dimensions of impeller, casing and other components; Check that the rotation direction of the impeller and the position and direction of the inlet and outlet meet the design requirements.

D. Inspect and keep the technical information, data, spare parts and special tools of the equipment.

E. The fan, air inlet and exhaust outlet of the whole plant shall be covered by the cover plate, and dust and debris should be prevented from entering.

F. Check whether the equipment has defects, surface damage, corrosion, etc.; Check the rust prevention of each processing surface of the exposed part of the fan; Check whether the impeller and the shell have friction, deformation or severe corrosion, damage, etc. If the above situation occurs, it should be studied and dealt with by the relevant units.

G. After unpacking and acceptance of the equipment, fill in the field unpacking record of the equipment, and sign the acceptance with all parties, as

Handover of equipment materials and technical documents.

Foundation acceptance and release

A. Before the fan installation, the equipment base should be checked to meet the requirements of equipment size and model according to the design drawings, product samples or fan materials.

b. The location, geometric size, concrete strength and quality of the equipment base shall meet the design requirements and have acceptance data. Remove debris and water in the base surface of the equipment and the reserved hole of the anchor bolt; The thread and nut of the embedded anchor bolt should be well protected.

C. Before the installation of the fan, the surface of the foundation should be exposed, so that the secondary pouring concrete or cement mortar surface layer is closely combined with the foundation; The surface on which the iron pad is placed should be chipped flat.

D. Before the equipment is in place, draw the installation reference line according to the construction drawing and the axis or edge line and elevation line of the building; Determine the positioning reference, line, or point for equipment calibration and leveling. Central marker plates and reference points were buried when necessary.

Lifting equipment:

A. The horizontal transportation and vertical lifting of large fans should be equipped with cranes, and special personnel should be set up to direct. The use of machinery and ropes must meet the safety requirements. Horizontal transport generally adopts steel (wood) row, sleepers, rollers, mechanical traction; Vertical lifting generally adopts crane, inverted chain or hoist, pulley group and other lifting equipment.

B. When the fan is lifted, the rope shall not be tied to the upper cover of the rotor and the lifting lug or bearing upper cover of the casing.

Equipment cleaning and inspection:

A. When cleaning and inspecting the centrifugal assembly fan, the casing and bearing box should be removed, and the rotor, bearing box and bearing should be cleaned; However, the fan with direct drive of impeller and motor cannot be removed. The regulation mechanism should be clean and flexible.

B. The axial flow assembly fan shall check whether the root of the blade is damaged, the fastening nut shall not be loosened, and the installation Angle of the adjustable blade shall meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. The vertical unit should clean the transmission, gear pair or worm pair.

Installation of vibration isolator:

A. There are two ways to install the fan directly on the foundation and on the vibration isolation device. When the isolator is installed, in addition to the requirement of ground level, it should be noted that the compression load borne by each group of isolators should be uniform and not eccentric.

B. Protective measures should be taken after installation to prevent damage. If the force of each isolator is still uneven after installation, it should be moved to the appropriate position according to the actual situation.

C. Commonly used vibration isolators include spring isolators and rubber isolators, whose specifications, models and performance parameters should meet the design requirements. Refer to product sample and general drawing for installation method.
